I wanted to express in writing my appreciation for all of your support as I planned and executed a project to fence my river property.  Without your help this relatively large do- it- yourself project would have been much more difficult.

I had contacted various local fencing contractors and obtained quotes for fencing my two acre property with commercial/industrial grade aluminum fence.  As a part of my due diligence process, I phoned several internet suppliers to check pricing of the fencing materials without labor costs. When I talked to you, it was instantly clear that you knew fencing and that you would be able to help me with my project. 

I decided to install the fence myself and purchased the materials from you including a 16’ special order gate with appropriate remote operating equipment.

I want to thank you for all your support as I executed the installation of the fence and gate.  We had some problems, but you made them seem small.  You were always available by phone and gave me prompt attention.  If there was a manufacturer’s problem, you were able to connect me with the responsible individual in that company, not just customer support. 

I have recommended you to others and will continue to do so.
